Why is my service suspended?

If your service is suspended, please verify the bandwidth usage of your service. If your service still has bandwidth available, there may be a late payment in our billing system.

Confirm if this is the case by logging into your Dashboard (client area). An alert will appear on your Dashboard with the amount that is past due. If there is an outstanding balance, it means other invoices will be due soon (within 15 days) as well. Once you have paid the invoices, please wait up to 5 minutes to see your service working again.

If your billing account is paid in full and up-to-date, there may be a security or abuse issue that must be resolved. In this last case, we would open a ticket to let you know about it.

Resellers

Resellers can unsuspend and suspend a customer's service.

If there is a service suspended, please verify the bandwidth usage.

If you are not able to unsuspend and the service still has bandwidth available, then there may be a security or abuse issue that must be resolvedIn this last case, we would open a ticket to let you know about it.
