How can I contact you by phone?

Our support is mainly provided through the ticket system within the Dashboard (if you have an account), Email, or Live Chat. However, we have an option where you can request a callback from technical support.

By default, callbacks are not included with any of our services. You can, however, add up to three callbacks per month to your account for a nominal monthly fee.

Callbacks are 9.99 USD per request or 14.99 per month for three callbacks per month.


Additional information

  • Callbacks are available for a number of restricted countries, such as Brasil, Canada, Portugal, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

  • Callbacks are only provided in English or Portuguese.

  • Callbacks cannot be made for security or abuse matters. In these cases, a full written record of all communications is required.
